The product was okay, but not worth the money and the service staff was a bit lacking. I am amazed that in Cincinnati the retail prices for flowers is more than NYC. This is a small boutique florist for folks who have buckets of money to spend. Really tough to get out of here without spending major bucks. The shop was small and untidy with most of the flowers were in a huge cooler. I am always wary of flowers that are refrigerated in mass. My experience was so so here. I will continue on my search for fresh reasonably priced flowers in Cincinnati.

When I found Robin Wood Flowers on yellowpages.com, I desperately needed a florist who would take care of a very special flower arrangement! Sherry not only answered the phone at Robin Wood Flowers, she was so pleasant, helpful, caring, patient, knowledgeable and a super representative of the florist itself! She made my experience as happy as the flowers will make the recipient! When you are out of town, you especially need a florist who knows how to put it together for just the right occasion, and that is what they do! I will refer Robin Wood Flowers to everyone in Cincinnati and use them regularly! Thank you for helping me make someone feel special with your flowers!

If you want something really special, Robin Wood Flowers does it best. I have loved every arrangement.
